Christmas for the Doozies was very exciting! For 3 1/2 hours we opened presents and weren't even finished. Emma and Jehu wanted to open a present then play with it for a while so we took our time. Christmas Day was so much better than visiting with Santa...especially for Emma. Maybe next year she will sit on his lap! The twins took a break from fighting over plastic spoons and spatulas in order to fight over the "match the cookies game" and farm animal figures. For the first time Emma was able to say "Grandmamma" and "Thank you Daddy". Jehu loves the Christmas tree and asks for the lights to be turned on each morning when he gets up. :) Singing Rock A Bye Baby has become a highlight of each day as the twins add more and more words.
